If you need to download your software again, change your email address, sign-up for beta testing, or add or remove receiving our newsletter, please use your Customer Self-Service page. Otherwise, if you have a pre-sales question or other question, first check the KnowledgeBase, and if you can't find your answer there, email us at: support@handshigh.com.

Technical Support

We offer free, unlimited email technical support for registered customers through our technical support contact page. If you are having a problem with your software, please contact us through that Web page. We do not offer telephone support at this time.

If your trial version is about to expire, DON'T PANIC. All of our software will continue to work after the trial version, but will put up a reminder window to register the product. You will not lose your data.

Sales

See our Purchase page for information on buying our products, including site licenses. Currently our software is available exclusively for download over the Web. We do not ship packaged versions of our products. We also do not take phone orders at our office. For phone orders, please contact one of our resellers listed at the bottom of the purchasing page.
