ThoughtMill Idea Tracker Released for 3Com PalmPilot and IBM WorkPad

Software announced the release of ThoughtMill™, an outliner, idea organizer, and checklist maker for the 3Com
PalmPilot™ connected organizer and the IBM WorkPad™. ThoughtMill combines the intuitive look and feel of the Outline feature in Microsoft Word, a drag & drop interface, and in-place editing for rapid idea generation and organization. ThoughtMill is available immediately.
"ThoughtMill is a new kind of software", explains Shannon Pekary, President of Hands High Software. "Portable software should not be a rehash of bloated desktop software. Mobile professionals do not have
time to learn new complicated paradigms of organization, or tap through screen after screen to enter their information. ThoughtMill's intuitive look and feel, in-place editing, and familiar folder and trashcan interface will
allow busy people to quickly and easily organize their thoughts."
With ThoughtMill, you can drag bullet items to create a hierarchy or to change their order. Dragging a thought to the folder icon temporarily stores
it for later use, or you can drag a thought to the trashcan icon to throw it away.
If you accidently throw away an idea, you needn't worry. Most actions can be undone, and the trashcan stores your last 10 items that you
threw away.
ThoughtMill supports import and export through the built-in MemoPad application to allow data transfer to the desktop computer through 3Com's HotSync™ synchronization technology. It includes full feature
support for the current Palm operating system including scroll bar support and
Find. Online help is included. A complete user manual is available on the Hands High software web site at <www.handshigh.com>.
Hands High Software is also the
maker of Trip™, the popular automobile mileage tracking software, and PhoneLog™, the new software to track phone calls, both available for the PalmPilot and WorkPad.
