All customer information gathered on this site is used only by Hands High Software, Inc. We do not sell or distribute our customer or email lists to anyone for any reason. Currently, we only use this information to send periodic emails to our customers to inform them of updates and other industry news.

Specific information that is maintained onsite includes customer name, address, phone, email and purchase information. We do not maintain credit card numbers in our database.

Customers have access to their personal information and can change it at any time through the Customer Self-Service page. At any time, a customer may be removed from our list by simply sending an email request to support@handshigh.com.

If Hands High Software, Inc. is ever sold, all customers will be informed through email and given an opportunity to be removed from the list prior to the transfer.

Cookies

Cookies are used throughout this site to keep track of shopping cart information, and for security reasons to insure that the customer has correctly logged in to access his/her information.

We do not individually track customer progress through our site.
