a version of PhoneLog specifically designed for Microsoft Outlook.

Chapura Software is the maker of PocketMirror, the premiere software
that synchronizes your PalmPilot with Microsoft Outlook.

PocketJournal 1.0 further extends Microsoft Outlook to your PalmPilot
by letting you add, edit, view and synchronize your Outlook Journal
entries on your PalmPilot.

Even if you use a synchronization product from another company,
PocketJournal can still work with your Outlook Journal.

Developers Conference Coming
----------------------------
Even if you are not a developer, you will want to pay attention to
this. Palm Computing will be making a lot of press announcements
during the developers conference in Santa Clara Dec. 1 through the 4th.
These press announcements will include a new internet strategy, some
new technologies, new Palm device designs,font technology to allow
PalmPilot software to work in more countries, and lots more.

Amazon.com in the game
----------------------
Amazon.com has announced that they will be selling PalmPilots. The
PalmPilot is fast becoming a standard.

Operating System Updates
------------------------

The latest operating system updates are:

* OS update 2.0.5 for PalmPilot users
* OS update 3.0.2 for Palm III users
* Desktop PalmPilot version 3.0 for all Palm OS devices for Windows

There is also an infrared update that lets certain software products
communicate with new devices via infrared.

More Macintosh News

The public beta of the Macintosh software is supposed to be up
on the 3Com Web site some time in December. They are taking more
time than they had intended, but the new software will be really
great, and will be only available to Mac users.
