Upgrade Policy

We offer free updates to registered users of our product within the major version number. For example, if you have version 3.00 of Memo PLUS, and we release version 3.10, you will be entitled to a free upgrade. However, if we release version 4.0 of Memo PLUS, we may charge an upgrade fee to upgrade to the new version.

You will be notified by email when upgrades for your registered products are released. Please keep us notified of your current email address by editing it in your Customer Self-Service page.
